How to book a flight with Royal Air Maroc?

Royal Air Maroc's official website lets you search for flights, compare prices and select a suitable one. Whether you are flying anywhere, domestic or international, it streamlines the booking process in a few simple steps:

Start at https://www.royalairmaroc.com/ for all your booking requirements.
Go through Booking -> Book a Flight.
Select your departure and arrival city/ destination. The airlines display a list of options it fly to, making the selection easier.
Now select the dates of travel, cabin class, and number of passengers.
Next, select a payment method from an International credit card (pay in Euro) or a Moroccan credit card (pay in Dirhams).
Click on Search Flights. Wait for a few seconds, and RAM will display a list of available flights. Compare the fare and check other details like flight duration, allowed baggage, meals, stops, etc.
Now, fill columns including your name, contact info, e-mail and more.

Note: Travelers from Morocco can check in online but must go through the check-in counter to finalize the process. They can avail of the web check-in service without completing any airport formalities.

Online check-in is unavailable in the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Switzerland, Russia, China, Qatar, Israel, and Saudi Arabia.

Besides that, when travelling to/ from certain Moroccan airports, printing an e-boarding pass is not possible.

How much baggage can I carry along?

For cabin baggage, flyers may carry one main bag plus one accessory.
Business class permits a cabin bag up to 12 kg, while economy allows 10 kg; both must not exceed 55 x 40 x 25 cm.
Accessories must remain under 2 kg with dimensions not exceeding 40 x 30 x 15 cm.
Additional charges apply for extra, overweight, or oversized baggage on various routes.

Flight Cancellation:

Passengers travelling with RAM can cancel their flight tickets within 24 hours of booking and if the flight departs at least 7 days later. Cancellation within this duration means a full refund is eligible. The procedure includes:

Accessing the "Manage Booking" section on the Royal Air Maroc website
Entering the last name and booking reference
Choosing the flight to cancel and settling any cancellation fees
Refunds are credited within 7 days for credit card transactions and up to 20 days for cash payments, while tickets purchased at reduced fares remain non-refundable.

Flight Change:

Passengers can change the names on their flight tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Although the services include a fee from €50 to €200, they cover the administrative costs of updating booking details.

Flight Upgrade:

Passengers desiring an upgrade should log into their account and complete the Award Request form. Mileage requirements differ by route, such as:

3,750 miles for flights to Morocco
7,000 miles for Europe 1 routes
12,000–20,000 miles for longer haul journeys

Additionally, airport counters offer upgrade services within 24 hours of departure, with occasional complimentary upgrades available under specific criteria.

Unaccompanied Minor Services at RAM

Children under four are ineligible for the UM service and must be accompanied by an adult.
The UM service is mandatory for minors aged four to twelve. RAM appoints an airline representative to escort the child from check-in to boarding and then hands responsibility to the flight crew.
For children between twelve and sixteen, the service is optional.

PLEASE NOTE: The number of unaccompanied minors per flight is limited and must be declared at booking. Each child receives an identification bag and UM route form, which the designated guardian must sign and show with a valid ID.

This service is free on domestic flights, while international flights incur a fee. Online applications must be accurately made at least 48 hours before departure.
