Unaccompanied Minor Policy

Flight Cancellation Policy

Flight Upgrade Policy

Royal Jordanian's Go Crown upgrade program allows economy passengers to bid for an upgrade to Crown Class.

After booking, eligible travellers receive an invitation via email or can bid through "Manage My Booking." Bidders set an amount within a specified range, and successful offers are confirmed 24–72 hours before departure.

If unsuccessful, the original booking remains unchanged. Crown Class offers premium perks like lounge access, priority check-in, and extra comfort. Bids can be placed up to 15 hours before departure, with final confirmation sent at least six hours before the flight. Payments will be processed once the upgrade is finalized.
