Cancellation Policy

Cancel your flight with clear rules in place.

For U.S. flights, you enjoy a 24-hour free cancellation if booked at least seven days before departure. Use the U.S. website or call 877-793-1717 to cancel.
Beyond this window, the fee depends on the ticket type and cancellation time.
Services such as Meet & Greet allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, cancel within 14 days if departure is at least seven working days away. The fee is 5% of the ticket price or €100 per ticket, whichever is lower.
Claim refunds using the same channel as your booking.

Baggage Rules
