Unaccompanied Minor Policy & Services

Effective 01st January 2024, Egyptian minors (under 18) cannot travel internationally without a guardian. For those traveling alone, the following apply:

Prior Permission: Must be obtained from the Communication Department (General Administration of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality).
Unaccompanied Minors: Children without a sibling aged 16+ or a guardian must provide proof of age and have a confirmed reservation.
Age Restrictions: Under 2 years are not accepted; ages 2–12 require a completed form and designated escort.
Unaccompanied Minor Fee: $25 on domestic travel and up to $220 when traveling internationally.

Web Check-In
