Yes, plans can shift, and thus Aeromexico let you cancel or change your booking with ease. For cancellation, passengers can place a request within 24 hours or 7 days before the departure, receiving a full refund.

Cancellations beyond the 24-hour window may incur a fee depending on your fare and route.

Only refundable tickets are reimbursed after reducing any applicable fees.

Are you planning a solo trip for your child? Aeromexico's unaccompanied minor (UMNR) service ensures that kids aged 5 to 14 travel safely. To use this service, you must book it at least 48 hours in advance.

Eligibility & Age Rules:

0–4 years: Cannot travel without an adult.
5–14 years: UMNR service is mandatory.
15+ years: Can travel alone; service is optional.

Costs:

Domestic flights: $700 (with tax)
International: 155 USD/EUR/GBP
US routes: $150 (for up to 4 kids, same booking)
